I am giving 5 stars because the staff is amazing. They are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Only down side is the manager. Janet I think her name is. She is the definition of miserable. Talk about terrible customer service. I dont think I've ever seen her smile and she's extremely rude. Other then her, the store is fantastic. I would enjoy paper menus back as well.
My favorite store of this type hands down. All the people are fantastic and knowledgeable with actually good recommendations, and they're honest if they're not sure they don't just guess. The store is nice and the prices are great if you're a member, and the membership is reasonable without a bunch of spam .
The issue is the menus , the new computer terminals are terrible. They don't have all the products, misidentify a bunch of stuff, and I feel like an idiot standing there browsing while the employees are waiting. Honestly awful and make me go to other stores a lot now because I dread it. The menu books were one of my favorite parts because you could browse without being bothered, and everytime a business offers a QR code to an online menu that doesn't always work I just want to leave. If you had both, people would never use the terminals or the code.
Why did they ever get rid of the menus and put it on the phones and the kiosk? That's the most horrible thing ever , it makes it hard for people to come in and look at things , it makes me want to revoke our membership and go to somewhere else that gives us somewhere so we can look at prices and menus not to have to be forced to use our phones or a kiosk . Worst decision ever to move things to mobile phones or kiosks. Make sure everyone goes online and says how horrible it is.
Usually don't leave reviews. Basically daily customer here. Staff 5 stars. Prices 5 stars. I do find membership worth it with specialty deals/price match. I'd give 5 stars if corporate allowed thier staff to use paper menus like they had been. Kiosk and displays make things hard to find. Store was so busy and efficient. People will start going elsewhere if you don't listen to your employees/Customers. It's been only days since they have removed paper menus and I've seen customers leave.
I love this store. The employees are FANTASTIC. Joel is always so helpful and nice.
The not FANTASTIC thing is they got rid of the physical menus. Id much rather open a book and look through there then pull my phone out and look at the website. It takes so much longer to look for something you want.
Used to be like 5 minutes in and out. Now it takes 20 minutes
