Great prices, and all products are out on display! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their website is absolute garbage.
Edit: The product selection is pretty bad to be honest, and the employees are door/ID nazis. WAY better service from the local places like Valley and OVCS.
2nd Edit: the product selection hasn't changed in weeks, it's like they dont get a new weekly stock. Always the same products too. The only time I go is to buy paper and a grinder as they are the cheapest in that regards
This location of canacabana shouldn't even exist first time i went there it was busy there was a big linenup waited for the guy to open the gate than i go to leave he dont even open it back up for me like in ottawa they always open and close the gate for u. second time it was dead employee made me wait at the gate so i opened it myself than hes like oh ur not allowed to come inside for 24hrs wath kind of dumb policy is that u cant open a gate when u enter but when u leave ur allowed you guys are potetic plus ur employee guy with the long ass nails and hair was weird af with me
Great customer service, Friendly staff. A little inconvenient that they ID absolutely EVERYONE, but its a small price to pay for the astronomical price difference in comparison to other local cannabis shops.
Absolutely terrible customer service, law states anyone who looks under 25 needs to show identification, I am a grey bearded 52 year old man who had my identification with me but could not enter unless I showed it to an employee who looks like she is 12. Needless to say i walked away and went to the local shop. I will never shop there again. OVCS knows how to treat a customer and will get all my business. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Waited almost 10 min at the door for someone to serve us only to be told to leave because I forgot my ID at home. Wouldn't accept a photo. Even CFB Petawawa accepts a photo. I'll stick to OVCS that take our business with a smile.
