Love this location. Always so welcoming and helpful!!!!
The workers can't even package stuff properly then they shouldn't be working there. I traveled from prince albert and had to come back to pick up the rest of my order that they " forgot " to pack. Worker admitted on the phone that he checked the cameras and saw himself put half the order in a random bin under the table by " mistake".
After going out of my way to go pick up the rest of my order (gas and time are not free) they refused to compensate me and just offered 15% off my next order (not a full 25% off , just 15% ) and nothing else for my troubles that they caused.
Seems like the worker tried to scam us of our order. very disappointed. There is Better fire n flowers in the city that won't mess up a order so badly that I had to drive back to saskatoon.
Not the best service. They could of compensated more with a gift card, 25% or something. Wasn't my fault they messed up but it was their fault I had to use gas and call into work.

I just got back from this place, its been my go too as its right by my place. grabbed a joint and asked the dude about a vape pen and what product they have, my wife is looking for one with the lowest thc and high cbd, I don't vape so I have little experience, this dude actually closed his eye in annoyance and sighed, i was ready to spend over 100 for the right product and this dude literally made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking a question, I've delt with him a few times, and it's been the same each time. Beside the one guy that works there everyone else is great, this was my go too, but weed shop are a plenty, and I have no time for bs especially his, I won't be going there again, you lost a long time customer. Good job bud. Keep up the gd work👎for the owners, this was oct 9th at 7pm.
