Recently purchased a couple big bags, staff was friendly but the bud quality is horrible... Not sure if it's because improperly stored bags, or bad batches. But it was super dry, no moisture packs in bags, incredibly loose buds, stems and leaf like crazy... First time getting back to back bags like this from 2 different growers...
The store manager reached out to me and is backing their products. Thanks for taking the time to resolve this issue, that is how you keep customers
