My dad asked for help leaving a review for Aumol always friendly great service and making him feel welcome in the store.
Good supply purple monkey & frozen watermelon were supposed to be $21.99 they did not honor their price that they put out, I was only offered a 5% discount, which doesn't seem fair. I don't like false advertisements
Worst customer service.Girl name Anmol is so rude to me .She has zero level of customer service.
She act like she owned the place.I don't know.
Went into the shop to get some smoke ables for the night, and as I've gone to many shops before never having the problem as I've had tonight, go to buy 28g with a 1 gram of concentrates as it's only a gram and not over the amount you can buy I get told that cause it took 4 grams of normal flower that apparently the 1g doesn't show how much comes in it and tries saying it's worth 4g. The lack of knowledge of cannabis will be the down fall of this company. The worse part is that they read what it took to make 1 gram of concentrates example it could have taken 8 grams of flower, to make one gram and then says 1 gram is the equivalent of what was used in the making.
The employee, Elizabeth, is what makes this place a pleasure to go to. The young lady with the coloured hair here deserves a raise. Just deadly!
