Absolutely 5 stars here. The store is laid out just right, lit just right, and staffed and stocked just right. Exceptional experience every time, you find the people working here have smiles and friendly energy that is infective, without being overly exuberant, and they're on the ball with easy knowledge and a cooperative, confident way about them. Soliid variety of goodies and tools, and an "I can swing a little discount for ya." kind of culture if they know you're on a budget. Top shelf, all of it - thanks True North

I love this dispensary! I was just in here earlier today and I had the best person help me out today! She had dark curly hair and tan skin, I wish I'd asked for her name so I could give her a proper shout out! Literally the best bud tender I've ever had the chance to meet! This story is definitely in my top 3 dispensaries and I live in Mississauga! Thanks so much for all the help True North, you guys are awesome!! ❤️
Super friendly. Great for when I'm waiting for a huge mail-order .. smokable while I wait for smokeables lol. Great staff... Good choices.
Been visiting this location since they opened. I went today looking for raw filter paper. It's a flip book of paper that I'm pretty sure I've bought there before and every head shop has always carried them. I was met at the door by a very aggressive employee saying "no. We don't sell filters"
After further inquiry looking for any brand of filter, raw, ocb or house brand, I decided to leave the hostility I was getting from this rude multi colored hair led employee and decide not to give money to this location again. I didn't even try getting past her to buy anything else from them.
Any managers of this branch seeing this, I would gladly speak to your district manager as I visit most of your tri city locations and you can be easily replaced.
Or maybe I just post the picture of this employee since my dashcam outfront caught everything. Grumpy greeting and all. If you were my employee, you'd be fired.
