One of the best shops I've been in Ontario! everything is displayed nicely, the staff are very helpful, big shout out to them! They're very good at giving recommendations and helping guide you to find what works the best for you. Thanks again for all of the help, will definitely be back often!
I really want to thank you guys for your amazing service, great flower, and beautiful environment. It feels very welcoming being in your store and the staff are super helpful and very nice, I was just there last night having a nice conversation with a member of your staff. Also I love all the display shelves for all products, all very well thought out. I've been to plenty of flower shops all over the GTA and this has to be my favourite place by far. Thanks to all of you for all of your hard work! you've got yourself a regular haha :)
After exploring almost every dispensary in the city, I have found my new home at Tokyo Smoke. The store has a clean, crisp welcoming feel, and the employees (especially Matt) are all very personable and have a great knowledge of the strains and products that they supply!! They also have the best prices and weekly deals that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend checking them out!!
Kashawn is absolutely incredible! I came into Tokyo Smoke in Hamilton with a bunch of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one with patience, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the cannabis products available. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about what he does and truly cares about the customer experience. He made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident in my choices. Honestly, team members like Kashawn are rare he goes above and beyond and 100% deserves a promotion. Give this man his flowers!
Every time I try to go over I can't because something else comes up so I'm not going to bother. I know I shouldn't but surveys or surveys but I did like the store over on James Street. That's the one I used to go to, but that store is now closed down for reasons I don't understand but that's what they want. That's what they get
