Went in today at around noon and had to repeat my order several times- asked clearly for 5 sativa Jeeters and 5 sativa of General Admission, got home with only a 3 pack of each. I should have double checked but it was a simple order. He did not know the merchandise and looked overwhelmed. Service was slow. One employee had the door open, smoking while blasting a vulgar video full of profanity. We picked up for a weekend away and now need to make another stop. Never again.
Not a huge smoker, but I always come to this spot. Prices are way better than anywhere else in the city — seriously, no contest.
And for anyone complaining… just hop on the website, pick what you want, then walk in and ask for it. It's that simple. I've probably been here 20 times now, and I'm in and out in 3 minutes flat.
Only thing that ever slows me down is someone in front of me asking a 20-minute dissertation on which $7 gram is gonna change their life 😂

I been buying my stuff more then 4 year's here and today i had horrible experiences with the girl who work in the front she gave me attitude and she don't know the product and at the end she left while i was doing the transaction, she was very unprofessional,someone need to train her correctly how to be nice and professional with customers. I will put three stars because Liam is a good seller and he knows how to treat customers.
Came from MTL cuz our ☘️🌿Sucks. Great staff but the prices can't be beat and we went to plenty of shops so I saw the difference 👊🏾👊🏾 see you soon
I've been a regular at Oz Store for a while and generally really like the place — good selection, competitive prices, and usually a smooth experience.
That said, one thing has been consistently frustrating: they're one of the few stores in the city that show THC ranges (e.g., 20–30%) instead of the exact THC percentage. It makes it harder to know what I'm actually buying, especially when a 10% difference can be significant for some people.
On top of that, it feels a bit awkward when you ask staff for products within a specific THC range — they often seem bothered since they have to go check. I get that it might be a hassle, but most other shops have updated their systems so customers (and staff) don't have to deal with this.
I've loved coming here, but if they're too reluctant to update THC info like other places, I might start shopping elsewhere — not because the store is bad, but because I'd rather have clear info and not feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone.
