I was served by Cody , top notch , first class customer service. He pulled up my account and quickly went over the products I indulge. One Plant is the best .
Upon my recent visit disappointed that 1 pack gummies no longer available only 4 per pack. In other words I consume 4=1. 1.99each compared with 4.99, I'll probably run out quicker too. Hense another visit. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. Bring back the one per pack please, thanks.
Had a simple request, but Cody helped me out! Showed me some options and took care of me; solid service if I do say so myself! Nice showroom, too!
Loved it here. Recommend this over any other dispo nearby. Very inviting and staff was friendly. Had a terrible experience at Groove Cannabis, they absolutely needed 2 forms of ID because we're American? Funny because I work at a NY dispo never given Canadian customers such a problem. Go here 100 times before going to Groove once.
Horrible service. Drove 30 minutes to get 1 item and then out of stock at Cannacabanna. No problem right, oneplante price matches. They refused me because I told them I emptied cannacabanna... refused to price match, sending me home empty handed. Thanks, I thought you could help. ( I left some choice words for you, I know you heard me)
Update: Not calling to argue with another store employee. I filed a complaint ticket one your website.
The only thing I want to add is that the employee didn't make an attempt to ask about the item in question, just refused and gave me a bogus excuse.
