Good vibe from the workers but the manager will try to rip you off any chance they get.
Sold me damaged products and tried to somehow pin the fault on me.
I have been a patron of this location for over a year. I always have the best experience everytime I come in. They are pet friendly so I really enjoy bring my dog in to also say hi. Very clean, well organized and very very well educated. 100 percent recommend visiting! 😁

queens in t town has been my go to place for years.come from ladner, for the' everyday' seniors 10% discount, till today i found out, the owner Calvin is only going to honor the discount 1 day a week? just like the competition. imagine does? not sure why alot of us go there for that discount..if they do i can go go by my house on monday to imagine and get my discount,this makes me sad,and dont feel a loyalty to their long time customers.☹
bought a cart from here and it shorted my battery. they would not exchange for a new cart same flavour less than 30 minutes after I had just bought it I didn't even leave the parking lot yet. terrible service go to inspired instead they have 100x better service, they were not helpful at all.
