Amazing staff, very polite and courteous, always have tons of pre roll options. The website is easy to navigate and if you live around the Tweed area its just a quick walk and they offer a rewards card, after 10 purchases you get 10% off which is nice when you buy something big like an Oz. They also like to decorate to match the current theme/season like Halloween or Christmas which is a nice touch.
I came in with my wife looking for super toast. They didn't have it. Then the guy working there told me to get out before i even had a chance to ask for something else. he said needed to wash the floor and the bathroom sink. It was so odd I left made like I walked away came back to look and he was just sitting there playing a gambling game. What the heck is going on there?

Extremely frustrated with this location, the last two time I have gone in to the store to Inquire about Specials the guy working says they don't do Special not since he worked there, however I know this to not be true as my buddy's often take advantage of there specials….. I don't know if it a matter of poor training, or poor business practices. Either way I will refuse to Support a business that feels it's okay to treat one customer better then the others. For those that aren't in a rush to buy pot and still looking for a deal, you can get really good deal often better then any store i know right from the Ontario cannabis store website, it will arrive to you door in 3-4 Business days….. definitely worth the wait to save a little money!
