Staff is very helpful. I always have a great time in this location. I needed a specific kind of weed to combat my morning sickness when everything else failed me. They helped me find a strain and also made it extremely more accessible and available as it was not popular and ordered as often. I survived because of their efforts. I love the merch. I love my gear bongs i got with them. Adorable sets with vibrant colours. My first choice cannabis shop in sarnia. I bring all my company to this store for greens.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO SHOP HERE! IVE HAD MOLDY WEED BEFORE AND THEY JUST ARGUED WITH ME. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I ALSO WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR DRIVING ALL THE WAY OUT THERE. THEY DEFINITELY DONT CARE IF THEIR CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY.

Just whoever was working specifically yesterday (march 23) in the evening was really rude and disrespectful. Specifically to that person, if you can not attend to customer's questions with decency and in a respectful manner, you shouldn't work anywhere where it requires to tend to customers
I love all the other staff. They know how to talk and address the needs and I like all their products.
Great customer service helped me find a 510 live resin cartridge and they are way cheaper than sessions I came from Kitchener to visit my mom and went to Sessions first as that's the first one I saw and to buy a 1964 cartridge was $58 😤 back home I pay $40 at Canna Cabana with an elite membership.
I looked at all their prices and it was making me very upset. I went to Walmart saw the Hunny Pot thought I'd stop in and the prices were absolutely amazing which was weird because they never listed their prices where Sessions listed their outrageous prices, I was pleasantly surprised to find out there's a location in Kitchener but I am pretty loyal to Canna Cabana at this point, but because of the service I received here I would definitely not hesitate to shop Hunny Pot in Kitchener once in a while or maybe more often than that lol. Not sure the person's name who helped me but thank you for your help I really enjoyed the IRIS Indica live resin cartridge
