Went in today and did not have a pleasant experience. The Lady in specific spoke to customers very condescendingly nor wasn't very knowledgeable with the selection available. Not very pleasant customer service skills
We called asking for a specific product, they said they had it in stock. We asked them to put it on hold for us and that we would be there within the hour. When we showed up we asked them if they had it. The man behind the counter said yes , then said no we don't have it in stock. Then proceeded to laugh about it. Extremely unprofessional. And very unfortunate because we wasted our time getting there for nothing.
I've been a customer of this cannabis store in Brampton, Ontario, for a few years, and the experience has always been excellent. Approachable staff provide clear guidance, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. Highly recommend it for quality products!

Visited here while traveling and the service was amazing! Elle was so helpful and patient with me who had never been in a dispensary before. Overall great experience and amazing workers!
