I Had excellent service with a really amazing guy who works here, his name was Jay and he honestly has the best customer service. I stood around for a minute listening to his interaction with a customer who really just seemed like she needed someone to talk too. It was absolutely amazing watching and listening to him and how patient he was with her. He listened, he explained the products and honestly it was a pleasure to watch this. I recommend anyone and everyone using this store. He definitely doesn't treat people as customers but you leave feeling like you have known him your entire life..
As always had a great experience at Cannaverse Ajax. They always help me find just what I'm looking for. Thanks to Jay for always being so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he remembers my name when I come in and always takes the time to ask about my day. Great customer service experience
This is my favorite spot! Jey is a fantastic salesman and very clearly enjoys his job/the people. Great prices. Great selection. Would definitely recommend.
