I love the vibe of this store! Julia has absolutely made the atmosphere super welcoming she always has such a bright smile to her! I've been to a lot of dispensaries but the service I got from Julia stands out above the rest of the other stores I've been to, she is so patient and takes the time to explain a bunch of different information also takes the time to find exactly what I'm looking for or at least similar to what I'm looking for and she has great recommendations as well! Definitely will return for the great service!
Very professional shop. I appreciate variety so am always asking for staff recommendations. The staff here are all knowledgeable and their suggestions are a hit every time. Highly recommended!

Great and friendly staff , have a great selection of better quality fresher product I don't usually find at stores in London , always a must visit when I'm in the area ,
I came in yesterday and the worker was giving me a hard time about my health card. I don't have another piece of ID with me as I'm on vacation. In Kitchener, a health card is acceptable. I have NEVER been asked for a second piece. We after awhile let me in. Today, he refused. We was a jerk and slamming things. I even had my mom go in and he wouldn't sell anything to her. This is very disappointing and it made us feel picked on. For no reason. I am of age, so I don't understand the issue.
