Staff here is great at recommendations and helping you figure out what you like. Always happy to educate or let you browse solo. Love that they get to know you as a person and as a customer!
I typically enjoy this place, but I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional to answer my call only to hang up immediately without any greeting or interaction. This behavior reflects a lack of respect and poor business skills.
I wanna start by saying for some people like me and my wife marijuana is a medicine So Went to go to true north this morning after it was `Supposed`to be open for an hour (opens at 9) ( went at 945) waited outside with my dog in the cold wet weather for about 20 minutes, knocked on door after watching other customers already leave lights came on im am not sure if by timer or by person at least the person working coulda done was answer door and let us know it would only be a few minutes or to come back. by then I come home and call the store and still no answer I'm a REGULAR customer I even bring drinks and snacks and gifts from time to time I NEVER ENTER STORE UNLESS I HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO TIP so when a a customer like me knocks on the door and calls do your selfs a favour and answer! Horrible. Service today this is the only shop I go to so how about the store gives us some of that loyalty back by being open on time. this is not Kaitlyn this is her husband Daniel (Junior) Rawn so there is no confusion
Awesome,,good prices,,, senior discounts!!!,,, good selection of everything (all the top sellers),, great staff,,,they love dogs so good in my books!,store is dog friendly,(just have your dog on a leash),,,staff always greet you with a smile,,,,and treats for the Dogs!! Dogs like the visit there 2,,,,treats and belly rubs!!
