Cosmic is a unique retro inspired store with friendly staff and a great vibe.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Came in just for a few drinks and had a lovely conversation with the pair of budtenders behind the counter!
If you're like me and bounce shop to shop, I definitely recommend checking them out!
I was a regular customer, but one mishap with the store staff will leave me from coming back again.
I ordered a $6 pre-roll and they had technical issues with their tablets. I was patient and waited 20-30 minutes for them to fix it. When they realized it couldn't be fiixed, they asked me to place an order on their website instead.
I was VERY surprised that after waiting so long for my $6 checkout (as a weekly customer), they were adamant that I then go through the effort of finding the product on the website to place an order.
Before leaving I told them that I was very upset with this customer service, and that they should have just given me the $6 joint for free.
On my way out I let them know I will never be returning. The lifetime value of me as a customer shouldn't be worth a $6 joint (after their technical issues and my patience through it all!)
I hope the owners read this and learn from it.
I had a disappointing experience at this dispensary. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful when I asked for recommendations, and the customer service felt rushed and inattentive. I hope they work on improving both service and product standards in the future.
God forbid somebody ask a few questions about cannabis without the girl budtender with black hair looking annoyed for asking too many questions.
The girl with the black hair knows absolutely nothing about cannabis and we'll just point you in a direction to sell you garbage.
First and last time coming here.
