A very friendly group of staff with knowledge that goes above and beyond just the names of products. I leave learning something new every time and with awesome recommendations that keeps me coming back 😎
The staff opened the store doors at 9, as indicated on Google just for me to walk in to the staff telling me they are closed until 10 and proceeds to call me an idiot because the lights are off. Meanwhile all the windows are aren't open to the inside of the shop. If you are closed then so should the doors! Safe to say I'll never come here again and will tell my friends to go to Relm instead.
Edit: Hi Dalton, my claim is not false.. I 100% experienced this in your store. Why would I make up such a thing?
You are correct I am a member at Relm, I receive the standard membership discount just like many of their customers; this must be the "strong evidence of association" you are referring to.
Yet I still chose to go to Spiritleaf because your hours are more conducive to my schedule. It is now evident based on my experience at Spiritleaf that that will no longer happen.

Don't let this hidden gem get come off your radar. My experience with Spiritleaf Burlington was a vibe the second I walked in. Great atmosphere, great selection of products, and the customer service was the best I've experienced in the area. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly to me. Highly recommend!

I'm trying so hard to do business with you but you keep forcing me to go to Hunny Pot on Guelph Line.
I complained about the price of the Versus Key Lime drinks being more expensive dive than other dispensaries. You listened and lowered your price which I really appreciated at the time but you haven't had them in stock ever since.
I order 10 at a time (cuz that's the drop down menu max) and right now, Hunny Pot is getting all that business and earning my loyalty.
UPDATE: July 29, 2024 - amending my review to a 5 based on your response. Last time I went in you had lots of Versus Lime so thank you for stocking up, I typically buy 12 at a time.
