I have been a customer for years....the other day I was in a store other than my regular location and shared with the staff how I have always been happy no matter of the location.... Yesterday I purchased a grinder.....get home with it realized I couldn't operate it...I need a larger one...I go back to the store this morning...I had opened and used it....they took great care of me....I was very happy....
