After waiting half an hour in line, I ended up feeling ripped off. I didn't have time to sign up for their program and get their discount. Especially with four people waiting in line behind me. They have a lot of products but only had 2 staff member and one was doing tickets. I found them extremely expensive if you're not part of their program. Not a good chance of me ever going back there.
Love this location, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable!! Having a hard day today and they both brightened it instantly with their energy!
If you don't want to share your personal info for an account, you will be charged extra. Not a great model for the average person who does not want to share their personal info with another corporation.
We've been loyal customers since day one, and for good reason-Sam and the team are simply amazing! Their customer service is always above and beyond. It's rare to find a place that makes you feel this valued. We'll always stick with them!
I was blown away by the level of knowledge and the impeccable customer service. Sam was amazing and helped me out like crazy! I wasn't served by Zoe but you can feel her positive energy. The team at Canna is just awesome!!!!
