Brutal. Hate coming in here because the employees hover over you the second you walk in waiting for you to decide what you want while laying out the store in a way where you cant tell what the options are or find anything. There are no labels any where so you can never find what area of the store to be in. This store give me hella anxiety. Came here with my very friendly dog and was told he cant come in even though they are pet friendly and other pets were allowed.
Last time i went in i chose a vape for under $30 and was told the price was on elite and is $44 after tax.
After all this bs i will not be returning
Amazing clean store with a very friendly staff who know their stuff. Was able to grab my fav flower from Cali at a great price! Will for sure be back!
I had such a great experience here. The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful with their suggestions. A special shout-out to Sarah and her coworker for going above and beyond she was super friendly and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back!
I dread coming to this location. The parking lot is chaotic, and the security guards often come across as arrogant. I normally shop at the Stoney Creek store, but when they're out of my specific brand/strain, I have no choice but to come here. When I called ahead asking if it could be held while I drove in from Grimsby, I was told "we don't do that," and that the product "isn't popular." That's frustrating since Stoney Creek is often sold out and staff there have said it's a popular item.
I'm a low-maintenance customer who just wants to purchase and leave, but the lack of consistency and basic customer service makes the experience exhausting. Not everyone who shops here should be treated with suspicion—respect goes a long way.
I had such a great experience here today! Darren helped me pick out a 1g vape cartridge and the way he explained the options was so unique and easy to follow. He compared distillate to vodka, live resin to whiskey, and liquid diamonds to gin — and honestly, it made everything click right away. I've never had a budtender explain it like that before. On top of being super knowledgeable, Darren is ridiculously striking good looking, really cool, and just fun to talk to. Easily one of the best visits I've had to a dispensary!
