Was in this week and a young man ( Elijah was so helpful he gave us great advice on picking flower and talked about the value of Dab pens, next visit we will pick one up for sure! Great prices and great staff will be back for sure !
I had an amazing experience at Canna Cabana in Calgary! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a fantastic selection of products at great prices. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly—they took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations.
Honestly been a really big fan of this place. Usually it's quick and they are very nice and have the best prices and stock. I've let this incident slide a few times but it happened again and I'm now quite frustrated. It seems that if you are first in line to be served it doesn't really matter because as long as someone else's pushes their way up to the till and act as if they were first in line they will 100% help that person first. For example, today I walked in the store and was the only person inside other than someone purchasing an item, the man at the register locked eyes with me and gave me a smile as a little confirmation he will be right over to help me, well a few seconds later someone else walked in, and then a third person walked in after them. That third person marched right up to the counter and asked for an item, instead of being considerate and practicing good morals and principles the man at the register simply ignored me and the other person and went on helping the new girl. It's happened quite a few times now so finally I voiced that isn't really fair and quite disrespectful to disregard who was in the store first. He then got quite short with me and let out a long drawn "oh come on man". While I have no issue waiting for my turn, I do have an issue when the manager or shift leader of the establishment fully ignores the order in which people need to be served and instead help the entitled person that ran to the register to get help first. I went here on Friday the 24th around 6pm to get more of this tangerine scream the store didn't have it i at first, and i didn't remember the name of the product but this younger man in his 20s went above and beyond and then some to help me find the product name and were else to buy it in the city I don't know his name but I sure hope you give the man a raise because I will be going there permanently. Its just nice to see someone care so much about there job thank you bro 🙏
I've shopped at this location a few times here and there when visiting Calgary and I have to say my last visit was the best experience I've ever had buying cannabis! Christian was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find pre rolls and bud that worked for me. He was so kind straight forward and made my experience time efficient and was able to help me and still manage to help those around me considering it was a busy night for them! I haven't seen him at that location before but I have to say it's amazing when you get a bud dealer who knows what they are talking about and keeps it simple when looking for the right strains and experience! 10/10 to Christian and the canna Cabana store for being such an awesome part of my visits to Calgary AB!
