I spoke to Amanda on the phone she was very rude and hard to speak with I asked what they had in stock she told me to look the the website I looked and there was no information on the products they have in stock. I called back to ask again what she had in stock for concentrate or diamonds. She then list off that they have diamonds concentrate syringes and list a few more I ask again what do you have in stock for diamonds and concentrates that are indica and high percentage of thc. Not what do you have. I gave a detailed easy description question I don't understand why she couldn't answer a simple question. But with rude snarky remarks about check our website. Maybe do your job and answer a simple question and it wouldn't turn away business. Maybe hire some competent professional nice employees. Again her name was Amanda I would also like to add that it seem like I was not the first person with this problem as I have read previous review. Seem like Amanda is causing your business too lose out on sale because of her attitude. I too would recommend budget buds or spurt leaf or truly anywhere else in town. I think the manager/owner should really talk with there employee or do something about the problem because every other store in town did not have a problem telling me what they had in stock over the phone. I will not be supporting this business and I will be recommending everyone I know to not go here even to the ones who don't participate in smoking cannabis
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Website is extremely easy to use if I ever have any questions about what's in stock.
I haven't had the chance to buy from F & L yet, but I have worked with Stephan and his team, and it was a great experience. They were professional, easy to work with, and genuinely kind.
If you're looking for essentials, I definitely recommend giving them a look!
