I didnt get his name but on the receipt it says the employee number is 5398 and he is so so so good at hia job and actually cares about his job. So incredibly pleasant and just overall good person. Thank you for being my bud tender today, I was having a rough day and now im crying because of how wonderful he was. Its the little things. I hope you see this and know who you are. This store and the workers was great, and its unfortunate my negative experience cannot be controlled by local management, but this was a terrible dispensary to visit. The parking situation is horrid. Again. Not your fault, but still part of the experience coming to your business. The kiosk is very confusing and there isn't a way to organize it by price or brand. There is a filter, but the options to filter dont make much sense. We finally found what we wanted, just to be told they only sell that to members. I assumed I would pay "market price" but no, the market price is just a random number they put up to make it seem like a good deal. I HAVE to get a paid membership to even buy certain products. I expect that from Costco, not from my local dispensary. Pricing didn't even seem that cheap compared to value buds anyway. Was suggested a similar alternative, im now at home and dont like it. Vape cart tastes very bad and is not similar to what I wanted imo. Also bought a preroll for later. The lady took me to the preroll section just to tell me "wait sorry this is only for members you have to go back over there and check another section". She was super sweet and obviously new. I do not blame her at all. But the whole setup was confusing and felt disorganized.
Maybe its just me. I really prefer the value buds style of a big menu, easy to see everything. Cheap prices there. Nothing locked behind a required paid membership.

I've been a loyal customer to this location ever since it opened, as I live two blocks away. Signed up right away as an elite member, and this is the ONLY store I have ever purchased my product from. Always great staff and great service. Tonight, that all changed. I was treated by a young girl who was rude, snotty, and condescending, when I asked if they were going to keep the doors locked and only let us in after showing our ID. I had to ring twice, and wait. This is something new. "Well do you think it's fair we should get robbed". "No, of course not, but all kinds of businesses get robbed. The liquor store gets robbed, it doesn't lock me out in the cold and demand I show ID before I can come in", I responded. It was snowing, it was freezing cold. She responded rudely "Well I'm not going to serve you then". End of discussion. Why, because I'm annoyed that I have to stand outside and wait for her to let me in? NO OTHER business treats customers like this.
Simply blown away by the advice, caring and helpful service I received from store manager Kylie this evening!
I was just walking in not too terribly knowledgeable on the products but Kylie walked me through everything and I feel so much more knowledgeable and comfortable walking into this store going forward. 10 out of 10 will be back soon!

Kylie (the manager) is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She gave us excellent recommendations for edibles, and everything she suggested was spot on. This is officially our new favourite location!
