Terrible experience with the staff at The Joint on Main and inkster. The staff were very rude and made me feel judged the whole time. Definitely could use some sensitivity and customer service training as it was evidentially lacking. There are way better stores in the area where you will receive a much better experience (Green Brier, Fat Panda, Mistik cannabis etc). Please try to take your business elsewhere ðŸ™ðŸ½
Rude and VERY prejudiced staff. Other customers were allowed to touch the package when asking to see it closer. When I asked she held it tightly and wouldn't even let me read the other side when I asked her to turn it over. Made me very uncomfortable with her staring. She was less than a metre away staring face to face almost because I had to lean in because it's very hard to read their containers they use for the product. And she nor anyone else their asked to see my ID which is concerning when you realize how many kids and teens live in the area. For sure the worst location in Winnipeg.
This is a good location but it's really hit-or-miss with the employees. It seems like they've started just hiring anyone, which is sad because a lot of them are really helpful. The last person who helped me said she doesn't even use cannabis. I asked about new product and she just walked to the counter. I recommend that the joint start telling their employees to at least pretend they are interested the products, or even just have them learn some basic details about what they sell (when it came out, for example…)

They weren't very helpful when I asked questions..but fair prices..
Was happy with my purchases..
Came in to check out the new location and was greeted by a lovely worker name Brittany, she was very nice and had some great recommendations! She also showed me some great deals that I couldn't say no to!
