They do not take cash or have disposable vapes. Pretty sad and surprising. Would give zero stars if I could. Watched the guy ahead of me get his credit card turned off trying to purchase there and all they take is credit cards. Take cash or lose business as you have lost mine. Needless to say don't go to this dispensary.....
All the staff are very polite and friendly. They're always helpful and tend to answer any questions I have.
But unfortunately, the product and pricing is a complete disappointment. I was very curious to pick up an Eigth of the best stuff. $45 for Double AA Grade at best, and it was dry as hell...
I've been a cannabis NB customer for 6 years now, but this is the last time I'm ever gonna use your services. I'm a regular customer, I've been going to this location practically every 2 weeks, and I know the guy on the front desk since he was in the Lansdowne store. He never ever asked me about my ID, but the only time where I don't have it with me, they ask me about it. I know they are following the law, but either apply it all the time or don't apply it, don't wait until someone is watching over the camera to do it, and I'm 30 for God sake, it's obvious that I'm not under age. In addition to this, I'm not a Canadian Citizen so the only piece of ID that I have with me is my foreign passport, and I don't have the luxury to have it with me all the time because It's a pretty sensitive document, if you ever lose it, it's a pain in the ass to renew it. Lastly, when I said that I'm not gonna be back there anymore, the gentlemen replied by "if you're gonna have this attitude then don't ever come", what attitude? I didn't yell at anyone, or insulted anyone, I just expressed my frustration like any other frustrated customer. With that I was sure that they don't put any value on their regular customers. Well you won, I'm not gonna be back anymore! I prefer quitting Cannabis than dealing with you guys!
Brad needs to chill out. I feel like he hounds me every time I go in there, with that fake customer service voice. I know what I want and every time I go in it's like he tries to get me to buy more . I politely decline then it's always oh well we have this on sale, need papers , need a lighter. Like chill dude I get your trying to upsell but when someone says no. Stop trying to upsell
I was visiting this City for a conference and staying at the Hilton in the uptown area. I was told about Cannabis NB and that the staff were very professional. Unfortunately, this wasn't my experience at all. I have many years as a manager and what I saw did not follow any code of conduct that I would say was above board.
An employee had made a mistake and the manager did not handle the situation professionally or tact. Rather than handle the situation appropriately, and understand that human mistakes are sometimes a natural part of doing business - this person instead berated his employee in a way that lacked respect and courtesy.
The manager may need to take additional courses on how to manage people - what I saw was someone who is perhaps in the wrong line of work. I wish the employees of this location the best of luck and hope that this wasn't a reflection of how employees are treated across the organization.
