They don't know their products.
My first time coming to this store to buy some concentrate(live rosin) - first experience, the employee gave me pre-rolls instead of concentrate. Second issue: it's warm, mostly all other dispensaries keep their concentrates in a fridge, so they don't become runny, and so that they stay fresh - 3rd issue: entire time while cashing out, the employee is holding the container upside down, once I got home, all the concentrate was stuck to the lid.
Second visit:
Website showed a particular concentrate I wanted, went in and asked for it by name, specified that it is a concentrate, employee said they only have one left in stock, he heads over to the display cabinet, unlocks it, and gives me a concentrate that was sitting in the display cabinet for God knows how long. Again, not stored properly. Again, while cashing out, employee is holding the container upside down.
How can we count on them to give us recommendations on their products when they don't even know what they're selling or holding in their hand?
If you're a concentrate user - look elsewhere.
Great "spot"and awesome staff. Went to purchase an accessory I saw on the shelf. Forget the gentleman's name that rang me up but the stock was showing out of stock and he tried other items of same origin and price all showed out of stock. He called the manager right away and was able to get me cashed out. Leaving happy and shortly after stoned.
I had an amazing experience at Spot 420 thanks to Madison! She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process really comfortable and easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they're looking for, and she always has great recommendations. So thank you to everyone who works for Spot420. I was so happy to find out that I won the big 420 grand prize. The swag bag was fantastic. Love the jogging pants and all there other swag that came with it. Of coarse I'm going to enjoy spending the 500 visa. It's going to be my 50th birthday Sunday so im.for sure going to have use of that in the next 6 days I'm off. Thanks for being patient on contacting me.
I had a great experience at Spot 420! The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. The staff were super helpful and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. The products I got were top quality and worked perfectly. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good weed products. Definitely coming back!
