(UPDATE: Owner reached out and replaced the defective merchandise) Disappointed with Exchange Policy I recently purchased a Baby Jeeters - Fire OG from The Cannabis Hut. Upon opening the product at home, I found it to be defective with clear signs of mold. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the staff member, Andre, told me they couldn't accept the return because the product was opened and partially consumed. I explained that this was how I discovered the defect. The situation escalated when the manager, King, rudely dismissed my concerns, stating that they can't refund products customers "don't like." This isn't about preference—it's about the product being defective. As someone with years of experience in retail management, I find this handling of the situation unacceptable. I frequently purchase this product and am very familiar with its quality. I expected better customer service and adherence to return policies for defective items. Education is necessary - in-store policies are different than trying to educate me on legislation and government imposed restrictions or accusations of my own personal ineptitude. Very disappointed and likely won't be returning.

The menu and price points at this shop are great. I like most of the staff but be wary when you pay cash. I placed an order online, the total was exactly $100.52 after tax. When I got to the shop the guy asks if I'm paying cash and says my order is $101.52. I say no I'm paying by card and wouldn't you know it, my total is suddenly $100.52 like I thought it was. So seems like the staff today was trying to add $1 if I paid in cash to get himself a tip. I will be sure to always pay by card from now on.

Popped into this location after work and would definitely be back! Staff was extremely helpful, suggested different products and I didn't feel any pressure to buy a particular product like in other shops/retailers. Went in for the first time yesterday evening and was surprised on how friendly but also knowledgeable the staff was. The customer service i received was 10/10. Great prices and varieties helped with the overall experience. One of the best Cannabis Huts i have ever visited.
