I purchased a pre-roll today which cost $5.02 so i gave the employee a $5 bill. He told me that i owed him 5 cents. when i told him you are supposed to round down and no one charges me the 5 cents. he got rude said the discounts are going to stop?? then tells me it's because it's an a "american company"so the cents matter. when i told him no other employee charges us the 5 cents he got ignorant and grabbed it from his tip jar. it was definitely a weird experience. Very ignorant service today 🤔
Terrible TERRIBLE service. Girl behind counter kicked us out in a very rude and aggressive manner. No welcome. No chance to speaks… reason was understandable but the tone was NOT customer service or general courtesy friendly.

Went to see this location when I was visiting family in midland! Brianna was super knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions. I'll be back when I visit my family again :) thanks!
The tall thin girl with glasses working was extremely rude :) I really liked this dispensary so this is a bummer. I didn't have my ID on me (I'm over 25) she let me into the store with my 30 year old boyfriend, then proceeded to ask me if I had ID when I wasn't even purchasing anything and was only smelling a candle. After telling her I didn't bring it, instead of nicely telling me I had to leave the store, she gave me a snarky smirk and pointed to the door, but let my boyfriend stay in the store and make a purchase with my debit card that she saw me hand to him then proceeded to rush him out of the store without letting him ask any questions about the products. Left a really bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately don't think I'll go back.
