The best canabis store in the city along with friendly and really helpful staff . Moreover, they got variety of canabis pre rolls, drinks and alot more. I remember one of the staff members maybe eknoor she always welcomes customers with a smile and always ready to help. Thank you
This chashier with big specs, she always try to give a good customer service experience but is never able to deliver as she just can't find the product even when I show her what I'd like on my phone. I always open up The Joint's website for my convenience and most times I know what I'd like but the cashier unapologetically says 'I don't have it/ I don't see it' , this has happened multiple times and I wanted to bring to the The Joint's attention. Only reason I shop here is because you and few other Cannabis Store brands have cheapest prices and this location is near by my home. I always recommend my buddies to go to The Joint because you guys do have do a wide variety of pre rolls but constant instances like these are just unpleasant and makes it hard for one to recommend such place. I guess The Joint mostly hire Cashiers only and not actual Budtenders/Cannabis Consultants who have more knowledge of Cannabis products and their brands and who would want to engage with a customer and their wants. Usually don't have any problems when I go here but today was just very disappointing. I came in today because an item I bought wasn't functioning properly and was told by these 2 girls that the item wasn't defective when it very much is. I come here pretty often and whenever I see these girls they always give off bad vibes, weird looks, and crappy attitude. As soon as I walked in the store I knew it wasnt gonna be good.
I had a great experience at Joint Cannabis last night, Thanks to Eknoorjot! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations based on my needs. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely appreciate her help — she's a great asset to the team!
I normally shop at the transcona location, but I was on the way back home from work and noticed a Joint Shop on the keewatin area. I stopped by in to get my fix of vapes. This is a great store with amazing staff. My experience was flawless, Eknoorjot was the staff that assisted me. She provided good product knowledge. I LOVE THE JOINT!!!!
