This shop has potential, and I usually enjoy visiting this dispensary, but the new employee needs more training in customer service. I was denied service simply for being on the phone with my girlfriend about my own product at home (and I've made purchases here before under the exact same circumstances without an issue). The situation was also handled poorly by the supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, this isn't the first negative interaction I've had with this new employee. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to improve customer service going forward.
Was waiting in line and the lady working with glasses asked me if I was okay ? And proceeded to laugh at me for tripping over the entrance and completely embarrassed me for no reason in front of multiple people in line. Definitely not welcoming and chose to just leave and go somewhere else as I was so embarrassed. I have an account here and have been coming here for a while. Have never had some one so rude. This happened October 1st at 8:55 pm
Such a cool store. Unlike a lot of dispensaries I've been in! Makes it super easy to grab some essential munchies for after the smoke sesh. Huge selection of brands and products to choose from!
The new employee is bring down the the way the store used to be when they were helping your needs.. Dont leave a review you mite get banned from the only drug store in town

Despite my efforts to explain the situation, I felt dismissed and demeaned. This one-minded approach to communication is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. I hope we can address this matter to ensure respectful communication for all.they are a toxic environment.
Super bad customer service 😑 getting worse and worse they advertise weed that's not even in stock dont bother to take it off the menu but still have it up makes no sense and little orange hair girl with glasses so dam rude and worst worst customer service ever making me think I might have go to different place.... I recommend take your business to a better store with way better customer service!!!!!
