Far too oftain they don't have the vape juice I get, even though Im here regularly (pour restocking) . Also frustrating when on lunch, with finite time, and there is a sign on the door saying back in 5min. Happens to oftain, use another location.

Had a great experience at this location! The two guys working were awesome and knew their stuff. They actually had a conversation with me and made me laugh. I can appreciate it when a Fat Panda is properly managed and has great staff!

Poor customer service, i have been trying to return the vape after a week of purchase because of poor built quality. No one gives a damn, visited the store for many time but always they find a reason not to take a return. Not even worth one star!! Thanks for atleast replying, The complaint was charging and i explained everything to your staff, they accepted the complaint, but i wanted caliburn x which doesn't have stock and they have informed me they gonna order us and i can get in 2 weeks but its been almost 8 weeks and visited multiple times to get the product i need but no one responded properly. Its not about accepting the return device but its about the promise that they will deliver the product in 2 weeks which i need as replacement!!

looked up if this location was open given its saturday and between stat holidays, maps said they were open and when i arrive the open light was on. then as i go to open the door it's locked. that's a sweet waste of 20 mins on my 30min break at work. either turn ur open sign off if your not open or unlock the damn doors..
