First and foremost - this is hands down the best dispensary I've been to. The staff knock it out of the park everytime! Especially the young man named Cameron. "Cam", as I've come to know him, has never lead me astray. His product recommendations, knowledge, and dedication to providing service with a smile is second to none. He's someone I can really trust, or as I like to say, he's the kind of man who would never use your wifi. Can't say enough good things about Purple Meadow!
Lex was the associate that assisted me on my last visit. I experienced wonderful and attentive service all the way through. It's normally a good visit every time I stop by Purple meadow. Their customer service is unmatched!
It's a big store with a nice selection of well priced (for the city) products. However, in my single experience, the service is lacking some brain power. I called ahead to reserve a product, and was treated to shoulder shrugs when I arrived. The guy running the till needed the computer to add 28 and 1.5 together to make sure it was less than 30. Then he asked me twice if I wanted a bag and twice if I wanted my receipt. Could've been an off night for him, but I got the first impression that he was an airhead and wondered how he could be trusted around a till when he can't do single digit addition. For me, I'll spend my money where I feel appreciated and people actually do what they say they'll do.
Edit: to the manager that replied, I appreciate you're trying to downplay the idiocy that seems prevalent over there, but I have a few issues with your reply. First, it's actually not illegal to hold cannabis for 24 hours. Second, 28 + 1.5 =29.5.
There's no need to introduce red herrings like concentrate equivalencies. Your "budtender" would hopefully be able to tell the difference, although I can assure anyone reading, I bought no concentrates. Just flower. In any case, best of luck in the future, looks like you need it
First time buying weed, didn't know what to expect. Employees were really nice and helped me pick out what to start with. They obviously know their stuff, because I got what exactly I was looking for out of it. Also, it seemed pretty inexpensive for what I got (but I don't have any other reference).
