I went to the store this evening, hoping to find what I was looking for, but unfortunately, they didn't have it. As I was about to leave, the budtender rudely commented, "Thanks for wasting my time." I was shocked and deeply disappointed. There wasn't even a single other customer in the store, yet this is how they choose to treat people? Instead of offering help or a simple "have a good day," I was met with disrespect for simply browsing. This store is just 300 meters from my house, but after this experience, I will never shop here again. No customer deserves to be treated like this 👎👎👎👎

There are now so many shops you can choose to go to but I suggest dropping by here if you want good service and deal with people who know what they're talking about. The gentlemen named Saurabh was very knowledge and had the best customer service skills I've experienced in a loooong time. Little things like giving free water and little munchies is a nice touch. I came in to learn how/if certain products could help me, not knowing much. Thank you, Saurabh for making the experience easy for someone uneducated in this space.
