Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I went here on Thursday and had the most pleasant experience. I'm sorry I can not remember the man's name who assisted us. (Tall, slim, long beard) i did ask but now I forget. Oops! He is fully knowledgeable, knows his products, and is extremely friendly. I renewed my elite membership and received my birthday bag. Even bought the mystery box, (Mad hatter) which was definitely worth the money, lots of gifts inside, I fully recommend for yourself or a gift!! Thank you Canna for employing good people! Good customer service is hard to come by.
had this brown haired curly hair boy help me out. He didn't help me in anyway possible. just told me to "go look". very uninterested to help customers and uneducated about products thats being sold at their store. he didn't even know how to print a receipt and told me it would be sent via email and still received nothing lol. the other blonde curly hair guy was very helpful tho.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Chanti who truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was she knowledge of the product exceptional, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive to my needs. Chanti took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and with great patience, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. Her professionalism and genuine desire to help made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service she provided. Terrible experience at Canna Cabana . The service was beyond unprofessional—one of the employees (of Indian descent) was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a chore. Instead of being helpful, they made the entire visit frustrating. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won't be coming back. Management seriously needs to step up and train their staff properly. Avoid this location if you expect even basic customer service.
