They do not refund vapes that malfunction. I bought a vape and was not told to keep the packaging incase it is faulty. Sure enough it was and I was told by the manager that without packaging they cannot do a refund or exchange. This was the exact opposite of the previous experience I had when I encountered the same issue. Was told they need to speak with the LP and will get back to me within 3-5 business days....that was 2 weeks ago.

Compleatly false advertising the products. They are using other strains as pictures on their website and selling absolute garbage bush weed... the thc doesn't even match up its off by 4% and terrible terps

Very bad customer service. I came at 10:45 pm. He told me that the store would be closed 11:00 pm . I told him, "I am waiting for someone to tell him what I want," and there was no one to talk to. When 11 o'clock came, he told me, "I cannot sell to you," and there is 4 customer more they need help and he doesn't want to sell for us. and he was very rude in speaking. Never come back again and I don't recommend this place to anyone when I mention this to the guy his working I'm gonna tell this to everyone on Google reviews. He's who care!! Nice now everyone will know who's this place

Outstanding customer service, the products are great and the price point is fair for high quality products, but the customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend this location just because of the staff (I wish I knew the 2 gentlemen's names) knowledgeable, kind and willing to go above and beyond.
