You ask for something... which you can't check on the screens because they don't work... you pay... and then they hand you the wrong product... and then tell you that you can't exchange nor be reimbursed. This happens all the time. Conclusion: They love to make mistakes and they love to make you pay for them.

There's a South Asian girl that works here who's bigoted towards white men. It's such a shame because the rest of the staff are lovely folks. Canada has to be a place for everyone. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable because of their ethnicity or gender.
