Walked into the store and was the only customer there. Unfortunately, the young woman working seemed visibly unhappy to be there and her attitude reflected that. The service was so poor that I decided to leave without making a purchase. Very disappointed.
Every time I go in, I get ID'd 2–3 times — even after already showing it. They won't just look at it in my wallet either. I have to take it out every single time like I'm trying to get into a club, not buy a pre-roll.
I always check their menu online and go in knowing exactly what I want, but it's almost never in stock when I get there. So I end up having to pick something completely different in-store. And instead of just grabbing what is available, they make me stand there and go through the options with them like I didn't already do my homework.
The vibe is unprofessional and kind of rude. I honestly hate going here. I'm going to start driving to the next neighborhood over and avoid this place altogether.
Honestly so many people tell me how bad the staff is at the joint and how miserable everyone is while working and I didnt believe it but I went in to give it a shot and alas. Shoulda listened to them. Sounds like a really awful workplace.
Was.in earlier today and a staff member I'm assuming management of some like, came from the back room and started scolding a female employee right in the middle of her putting through a transaction with a customer. The girl was being friendly and chatty and talking the customer through her process and when the "manager" or superior jumped in and started making her explain why she was doing things in a different way the employees whole demeanor shifted. I felt really awful for her. . Not professional at all and hard to watch. This young lady is always quick to help customers, smiling, knowledgeable and making others chuckle. This explains the turnover rate in staff at this location.
As a regular of this location, I have to come on here to say I had a particularly great experience today whilst shopping!! Tried to check for his name on the receipt, but all it says in the name spot is "training". To the very very kind person in training, you brightened my day, thank you! :)
