I like to support businesses that treat their staff well and unfortunately the joint doesn't.
They go through so much staff it's unreal.The lowest score possible on Indeed as an employer.
Also if you are white don't bother applying here …this is another company that is taking full advantage of the temporary workers program and mainly only hire TFW workers and immigrants. The joint is neck and neck with CannaBanna for the worst employer award. Lucid,Inspired Cannabis and Farmer Jane all have 3+ indeed employer scores and treat staff really well and they hire fairly rather than only hiring immigrants and temporary workers.Support businesses that value their employees and are fair in how they do their hiring,

Awful customer service with this business. I forgot my ID and they refused me entry. Worse yet when I left, they refused to sell my partner anything even though she had ID, simply because she "might be buying for a person without ID". When I contacted customer support they just argued with me immediately and cited a provincial law that's completely irrelevant in Saskatchewan. Just felt like as a customer, I didn't and don't matter so I took my business to Lucid who happily matched the price and took my $210.
Always helpful and I love that they allow me to take my dogs in with me! Gives an excuse for a nice walk to the store rather than drive. I'd love to give 5 stars but there has been more than one occasion that I made the walk and it was closed midday when their hours are until midnight. There were disappointing walk homes in -25. One time I could understand but when it's happened 2+ it makes it difficult to give a full 5. Great staff and products though. I just recommend calling in advance to ensure they are open :)
