I used to stay at Norvilla Hotel primarily because it was one of the more affordable options in the area. For the price, it met basic expectations—nothing fancy, but it did the job for a short stay.
However, after my last visit, I decided not to return. The bed in our room was noticeably squeaky, which we discovered late at night. Since we were only staying for one night and were already exhausted, we chose not to report it until checkout.
When we mentioned it at the front desk the next morning, we were met with an unexpectedly defensive reaction. The staff immediately raised concerns about our deposit and launched into a lengthy explanation and investigation that felt excessive given the minor issue we reported. 🚨
It was disappointing and left a sour taste after what could have been a straightforward stay. Unfortunately, that experience convinced me not to return. As the saying goes—you get what you pay for.
Not mytop 100 favorite places to stay, chose it as it was very close to where I needed to be for the next day. Very basic room.Very outdated.
Too many people up talking loudly in hallways all night, very hard to sleep.
Would have to be only place available for me to stay again.
Great people at the bar, workers and patrons. Very attentive!
Great place and good nearby stores, but I wish the rooms had a table or desk to sit at, and I'm not a fan of the cable TV here, I wish there was more local news, weather and traffic ect.
and no elevator and a frig. in the rooms but a shared microwave in the stair lobby, also the rooms are nicely remodeled and very clean.
The bar is making a comeback. Great bands and comedians, meat draws and chase the ace
