Staff was high and sold me wrong product. When I noticed (opened package to find it wasn't what I asked for) and called in to see what could be done, they said we should have been more specific in our request and double checked it was right prior to leaving and only offered 15% off our next purchase (no exchange and we are stuck with a $50 product we don't use). We had just left the vet with unfortunate news and wanted to have a relaxing evening and couldn't even do that. This is the first and last time I will ever visit this store.

His guidance was invaluable, and it made not only my shopping experience truly personalized and enjoyable, but the products enjoyed afterword were exceptional. In conclusion, the combination of a great product selection and exceptional service made our visit a memorable one. We would highly recommend Karter in addition to Lux Leaf to anyone in search of quality products and a personalized shopping experience. I don't normaly write out long reviews like this but the overall experience compared to what we have back home was beyond exemplary
