Walked all the way over to pick up a nice ounce of fricking sativa and they had nothing on the board. Absolutely no selection whatsoever absolute waste of my time walking over here. They need to really start ordering better.!!!!

came in earlier today around 3pm, employee was super rude and just seemed generally uninterested, i asked a few questions about the package dates on some pre rolls and i was assured everything would be packaged within a month, i purchased and checked the container and it was packaged almost over 4 months ago. like lazy employee, dismissive employee, and distrustful employee. if your going to lie about something at least don't do it about something that's so easily fact checked. won't be giving them my money again.

upon coming back for a refund, i was given a full refund for the product and the employee did acknowledge he should've paid closer attention, i love that he owned up to it, mistakes happen to everyone. however the customer service (i.e. greeting, expression, etc) is still not tremendously welcoming and friendly. however they have a good system in terms of returns and have a great product selection.
