Walked in to buy some pods and juice; staff were too busy in the backroom gossiping and didn't come out until I said something. Left without purchasing anything and won't be back. Captain Vape will be getting my money.

I love this place. I would give them 5 stars, but they stopped stocking my 2 favorite vape brands. My 2 favorites are Iced Up and Lemon Drop icy. I buy these in the 60 ml bottles, Blue Razz, any nic strength. Seems like I can only get these in Steinbach.

Went in to buy a 510 Cannabis Vape, cashier shows me the shelf where they are I pointed out a product that I thought was a 510 vape cartridge because that's where he pointed them out and since all the Cannabis products come in the same packaging I assumed it was a vape cart. Turns out it was THC crystals when I opened the package not what I asked for. Went in the explain the mix up but they do not take returns on Cannabis products. I just wasted my money because the staff do not familiarize themselves with their products. The staff member then told me that us the product I asked for I had to correct him and tell him I asked for a vape cart. I will not return to this location. Fat panda needs to stick to vaping and stay away from Cannabis. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location.

Wouldn't sell us a vape because there "wasn't" enough time but they had like 2 minute to click a few buttons. If they made an attempt to try and it didn't work, I wouldn't have been upset, but it seemed like they just wanted to leave.
