Always super helpful and kind staff there. I was recently helped by Gabi, and her knowledge of the products blew me away. I gave her a vague idea of what I was looking for, and she asked good clarifying questions and got me some great stuff!
She's the best! Greets me immediately with genuine care, asks me if I need anything or have suggestions. Steers me right. She should be employee of the month if not year..yes, 2025!

What can we say but Kacee, Melissa and the rest of the gang at This location of Lux lear. kacee is particularly helpful with recommendations, as is the wonderful Melissa. Kacee is the best, and was able to steer to suitable substitutes when our preferred product was unavailable.
Really all we can add to our previous review in the following paragraphs other than if all people we interact with were as kind as Kacee there would be no conflict and world peace would prevail. Actually it can if we all practice forgiveness and love.
Most of our 42 year marriage was marred by mistrust, unfaithfulness and certainly not forgiveness. We nevertheless surmounted that mountain of poor behavior through forgiveness, and we believe Kacee represents many in gerarion, for whom kindness comes naturally. We appreciate the kindness shown us as senior citizens.
We just love visiting our local Lux Leaf pretty much just to visit with the nice kids like Kacee who work there. We're seniors, and really enjoy our interactions with the young people at that, our neighborhood store.
We think Kacee is really cool and like the caring way she deals with customers and fellow employees alike. Kacee oozes kindness and we wonder if she is available for adoption? Seriously though, she's an awesome employee! Peace.
