-15 out stopped by on our walk home, lady insists that my 2 year old daughter has to stay outside in the cold & can't wait for me inside at the door. Super rude to us, Been buying here for over a year, just lost all my future business.
The store offers an impressive selection of prerolls and other products, all at prices that are more affordable compared to other stores .I always find something new to try .ðŸ‘

Thank you for your response. I'd like to clarify a few things regarding the situation. I did show my ID as requested, but unfortunately, the issue escalated due to the attitude of your employee. My frustration stemmed from being banned after complying with the ID request, and that's when things became heated.
I understand that your staff are following policy, but customer service is also key. I hope that moving forward, better communication and understanding can be practiced so that no one has to feel disrespected when following the rules.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced in all my years of working. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making what should have been a quick and simple visit unnecessarily difficult. I will never be shopping here again in my lifetime, and I will make sure to let everyone I know that this is not the place to go if they value good service. Completely unacceptable.
