Short lady with curly hair and glasses is extremely hyper and has an overall rude demeanour towards customers entering the store and looking for something new or different. Not everybody is interested in the tenders suggestions or recommendations as some connoisseurs know exactly what they're looking for and don't want to be pressured into an "new product".
Please do not go to hey buddy grande prairie. 2nd time going there lady working was so extremely rude to me. Not sure if it's just me or she is like this to everyone. I asked her about prices and % on some of the products she said it's on the front tag.
The tag is small I can't read such small print so I couldn't read the fine print. She said "somewhere between 80-85%" I said ok so what is it? So she said that again.
As someone who's going to consume a product I should be able to know and understand the strain, % and price of what I'm purchasing.
They need a better menu for being able to see the vast amount of products on their shelves. Also need to get a new attitude to the woman who was working there because honestly you lost my business.
Pure unprofessional sales skills and I didn't feel satisfied or happy with my purchase.
Many other dispensary's in town with extremely friendly bud tenders who are willing to help you make the best purchase for your needs.
