I've never had a bad experience. Great list of products and stock. Smart location. The older man ( sorry, I dont know your name ) is very knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. Prices are a bit too much for me since I've found other dispensaries on Victoria Trail that offer cannabis for much less. Maybe try a price match or a "special day" , like "Weed Wednesday" or "Sativa Saturday"," Sensi Sunday", "THC Tuesday"... and discount products or even highlight your top sellers and a special with one specific top quality product . I'd participate in that.

This store is my favourite cannabis store . By far the best prices on premium products . The staff at the store are super friendly and strive to keep the store clean and presentable .

I've been here 5 separate occasions talking to the same workers and each time even though it's the same workers, before they serve me they always go straight to asking for I.d they didn't say hi or ask what I wanted. The first time I went to there and when I mentioned how they might lose a customer behaving like that he mentioned how that's fine. Other than the 20$ 7 grams deal I wouldn't go here other wise they don't really make you feel like a customer in my personal experiences. once they raise the price I'd return to buying from fire and flower as even the weed store by 118 treats their customers better and with more hospitality
