Bought a pre roll here just to find out the cooling pack that came in it exploded all over the pre roll not very good quality imo
First time, Last time - Employee had no clue what I was asking for, despite it showing 'in stock' on their website. Repeated brand/product 3X, met with blank stare and finally told "it was out of stock". He clearly had no idea what I wanted.
Also, this store is small, dimly lit, with old, worn menus left in a mess on the counter. They are selling some product packed 11 months ago (not on sale), and people outside harass you to buy them weed.
If you want a horrible shopping experience, go to Crown Cannabis 50th st, or for a way better experience, go literally anywhere else on the southside.
Call me old fashioned, but when a business says it opens at 10 am, you'd expect the employees to show up before 10:05. I asked the employee to let me know when he was ready for me to enter the store as he entered, he rolled his eyes and never did come tell me the store was opened..
Love this little shop with a huge selection.
Love the online order and pick up easier to make selections and budget.
Staff is very friendly, and being a member has its perks.
