I showed up this morning at 9:59 am. Needing to get some products for a couple gift baskets I was making for clients. No one is at rhe front desk so I ring the bell ( they open at 10 am, fine) the worker strolls from the back and gives me the "one minute" gesture. Heaven forbid you open 30 seconds earlier while someone is standing out in -22. So 10:02 rolls around and she pretends she's doing something on the computer. I actually wouldn't ever write a review like this but the pettiness in me at the moment because she thinks her "one minute" is more valuable then a paying customer? I'd suggest you pro rate her pay for this morning seeing as ahe doesn't like to open on time :)

Picked up some product from this store that was terrible, full of stems and unsmokable. Took it back to be met with the aditude of its your problem. Will absolutely not stand behind their product that they are representing and selling. Horrible experience. Not sure what happened to your 100% customer satisfaction guarantee but you still have my money and the product.
