This is the last time ill ever go here. They sell such old cannabis then refuse to give me even an exchange or refund. 2 year old prerolls that are completely unsmokable, its basically rock hard, how the hell are you not getting in trouble with AGLC for this I will be making a formal complaint. This is like the 5th time this has happened. This is a complete joke. They tell me to contact the manufacurer. Thats not how business work and for that I will take my $300 a week business elsewhere. I expect better.
Bought a vape that had vape all over it and it wasn't a valid reason to ask for an exchange- ultimately it was exchanged but you shouldn't expect a customer to take a cart that potentially leaked.

VERY UNWELCOMING. not very good at customer service and even slams around product. no have a good day or thank you. i even said hello walking in and she didn't say it back. also gave off a vibe like i inconvenienced her to do her job. won't be going here again.
Came in on a Monday evening (11/11/24) and asked Shelby if there was any French Cookie prerolls in stock, Shelby told me the price and it was a little higher compared to the spot down the road. I had asked Shelby about price matching and she told me to get on their website to show her to honour it.
I wasn't able to find it on their website and shortly after she pulled it up on her end and told me that they were out of stock. I told her if she would still be able to price match if they were out of stock and she responded to my question by saying that "it wouldn't make sense to price match if they are out of stock, that sounds kind of silly, no business would do that"
I told Shelby that I worked for other businesses before that did exactly that so I found it very strange and very rude of her to assume that my inquiry was "silly". I don't know if she talks like this to everyone or maybe just me but she needs to fix her attitude and vernacular if this is the way she conducts herself to returning customers, especially if I don't know her personally nor have I ever been rude to her.
